Developing an AI-assisted maintenance knowledge base

Teconergy is developing an AI-assisted knowledge base to help engineers investigate faults, find relevant SOPs and retrieve previous repair records.

Teconergy is developing an AI-assisted knowledge base for operations and maintenance. The project aims to help engineers find relevant technical information by describing a fault or asking a troubleshooting question.

The planned workflow brings three types of information together:

• Fault information: automatically search for issues and troubleshooting information relevant to the engineer's question.

• Standard operating procedures (SOPs): retrieve the procedures relevant to the reported fault.

• Previous repair records: find records of similar repairs to support the investigation.

Our goal is to make existing maintenance knowledge easier to find and use, connecting fault enquiries with the relevant procedures and repair history in one workflow.

The project is currently in development. The capabilities described here are the goals we are working towards.
