Trust & compliance

Compliance and standards

Our customers trust us inside their most critical facilities. This page summarises how we meet European regulatory, security and safety requirements, and where we are on our certification roadmap. Supporting documents are shared during supplier onboarding: contact@teconergy.no

EUDCA membership

Teconergy has been a member of the European Data Centre Association (EUDCA) since September 2026, working with the industry on operational standards, sustainability and cross-border operations. We are also joining national data centre associations, starting with the Finnish Data Center Association.

GDPR and data protection

Teconergy is a European company and a local employer in every country where we operate. Personal and customer data is processed and stored in the EU in line with GDPR. Engineers work only on company-managed devices, never personal laptops. Customer site data, logs and documentation stay within the customer's own systems or our EU tenant. A data processing agreement is available for every contract.

Insurance

Teconergy carries business and liability insurance suited to on-site work in customer facilities. Insurance certificates are provided to customers as part of supplier onboarding.

Health, safety and PPE

Every on-site engineer is equipped with high-visibility vests, safety shoes, hearing protection, gloves and safety goggles. Site leads check PPE daily. Racking and heavy-equipment work uses proper lifting equipment, with one lift per engineer when racking starts. Engineers complete each customer's site safety induction before work begins. Part-time staff work fixed, scheduled shifts.

Security and site access

Our engineers work daily under strict access regimes at hyperscale and colocation facilities in Norway and the Netherlands, including the Green Mountain campus in Hamar and a China Unicom facility in the Netherlands. We follow each customer's access-control procedures: identity verification and background checks where required, site inductions and access exams, escorted access where required, visitor and work logs, and clean-desk and photography rules. Teconergy has completed 24/7 operations with zero security or safety incidents reported in Norway.
